Social Work Programs in University of Hargeisa

Human Concern International is supporting the establishment of a Social Work Program for the University of Hargeisa. Carleton and Hargeisa Universities will work together in social work programs helping thousands of students overcome social and health problems such as poverty, mental illness, child abuse and neglect, economic uncertainty, domestic violence and drug abuse.

Human Concern International (HCI) and Carleton University are launching this appeal to all our supporters to help the establishment of a social Work Prgram at University of Hargeisa in Somaliland. The needs are basic and include:
Land was allocated for social work school in Hargeisa University. More outstanding works remain to be funded as the following: 4 teaching halls, 2 managerial offices, conference hall, computer lab and running cost $240, 000
